Acquisition of Nexhos, an engineering company based in Brussels and Luxemburg.
Domino Systems, specializing in web design and e-business technology implementation is acquired by Business & Decision.
Business & Decision opens its first office in North America.

Business & Decision acquires Mi Services with headquarters in the UK and USA.
Cognitis Ibérica, a Spanish-based company, is acquired.
Business & Decision strengthens its SAP expertise in Switzerland with the acquisition of SyBOR.
Business & Decision acquires a majority interest in Integrated Solutions, Switzerland.

Acquisition of Inforte, based in the USA, Germany, India and the United Kingdom.
Acquisition of the Russian consultancy and engineering company DSS, a Business Intelligence specialist.

2008

Acquisition of BnV: BnV Consult in Holland et BnV Consultants in Belgium.
