The Board reduced the capital by €61,312.02 with the cancellation of 875,886 shares on 30^th June 2009, in accordance with resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting on June 22^nd 2009.

 The number of company shares is now 7,882,975 representing 12,920,361 voting rights. The nominal value of these shares has decreased from €613,120.27 to €551,808.25.
