Following the implementation of listing fees as well as commission on share operations from January 2010, NYSE Euronext is offering companies the opportunity to delist from the "Marché Libre".

Metaphora's main shareholder informed NYSE Euronext by registered mail on 23^rd October of their intention to take advantage of the one-off opportunity to delist.

In respect of the present reduced free float (<15%) and the limited number of share operations being carried out, the fees are disproportionate and not in alignment with company interests.

Appreciative of the trust placed in them by their shareholders, and intending to offer fair treatment in return, Metaphora commits to respect its minority shareholders' interests once removed from the "Marché Libre."

Shareholders are able to sell their shares on the market up until the date of the delisting, due to be take place on 1st July 2010.
