CRM AND DATA QUALITY : EXPERIAN QAS AND BUSINESS & DECISION ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP - CRM

Experian, QAS, leader in Contact Data Management, and Business & Decision, international Systems Integrator, have announced a strategic partnership in France. This partnership will involve sharing a pool of expertise, enabling both organisations to further optimise their capabilities in data quality and CRM solution integration.

Data quality is essential in the Customer Relationship Management market. The advantages brought by this partnership will enable Business & Decision to further enrich its implementation of QAS software data quality solutions.

 

Primarily the partnership consists of a skills transfer between Experian QAS's Professional Services department and Business & Decision. Business & Decision teams have received training in the configuration and integration of QAS Pro Web, DQE Batch and QAS Match solutions. These solutions cover online data capture, deduplication, and searches for pre-existing addresses. This expertise is aimed at optimising the overall integration of CRM solutions, as well as to improve overall data quality for QAS solutions.

 

The training programme, undertaken by approximately a dozen consultants, provides Business & Decision with the necessary know-how to expertly integrate QAS software solutions in even the most complex information systems. Business & Decision are better equipped to confidently and accurately respond to its clients' needs.
