Founded in 2001, Wel Network (who recorded a turnover of €0.8million in 2004 with a positive net income) brings to Business & Decision approximately ten consultants and experts that specialise in SAP BW/SEM and SAP NetWeaver technologies. The company possesses Schneider Electric and Eurocopter amongst its existing customers.

The acquisition of Wel Network is being funded by cash with an additional amount linked to performance in terms of sales turnover and profitability

With more than eight years experience in the Business Intelligence arena, the founder of Wel Network, Nicola Imbrioscia (34 years old and an engineer of the Polytechnic School of Pavia, Italy) has been named as Head of SAP expertise within Business & Decision.
