The acquisition of SyBOR was realized in cash, with an additional amount linked to performance in terms of sales turnover and profitability.

Founded in 1985, SyBOR is located in Bern. The company recorded sales turnover of €5.6 million for 2005 (ending 31 December). For 2006, estimated sales turnover is €6 million. The company which employs 46 staff (as of 31 December 2005), works with large clients such as the General Office of Information and Telecommunications (OFIT), CSC, SRG SSR (Swiss Television) and the Swiss Touring Club.

Pavel Stacho, General Manager of SyBOR, will contribute to the development of Business & Decision's model in Switzerland from its offices in Bern and reinforce significantly the Group's existing presence in the region.

Stacho joined SyBOR in 1993 as a computer engineer. He began his career working in the IT department of the Swiss Post Office as a developer. In 1995, he launched SyBOR's SAP practice and developed the first key SAP accounts.

From 1998 to 2002, Stacho led the software and engineering divison of SyBOR and managed several web application projects at key accounts such as UBS. Since 1992, Stacho has led the direction of SyBOR and has been piloting strategic SAP projects to the public sector.
