Business & Decision, an Orange Business Services affiliate since 2018, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its Sales team and delight our customers. Position and missions
Business & Decision has deployed a modern Sales model, optimizing the entire Sales funnel, from the lead qualification to the customer nurturing.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be supported by a complete eco-system to optimize client interactions and performance both for sourcing activities (Sourcing Manager & Faction Leads) and for solution selling (Inside Sales, Sales Specialist, Pre-Sales & Bid Manager)
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding the account's roadmap and mapping B&D's solutions in line with customer ambitions
- Defining account strategies and account plans in collaboration with Sales Director, Sales Specialist and Sourcing Manager
- Developing high intimacy with customers, including C-level proximity for strategic accounts
- Ensuring a people-oriented Sales process and approach focused on consultant's growth and well-being
- Follow up of delivery (project steerco) at the client from a commercial and consultant perspective

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field (selling services)
- Excellent knowledge of English and French or Dutch
- Experience working in the IT domain is a plus
