CRM Solution Architect

Business & Decision, an Orange Business Services affiliate since 2018, is looking for a CRM Solution Architect to join its Digital Team.Do you want to work with the latest technologies? Position and missions

As a MS Dynamics CRM Solution Architect, you have a deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 and the Power Platform, as well as knowledge of related Azure cloud solutions. You will assess the client’s needs, co-create the vision, and drive the end-to-end implementation, putting emphasis on delivering greater business outcomes and best user experience. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Client delivery: Conduct customer assessment focusing on CRM implementation, CRM migration and modernization and Digital Transformation initiatives. Project execution as Design Lead or Lead Consultant.  
  • Carry out requirements assessment, fit gap analysis, lead the design process, design integrations, guiding the implementation by technical teams. 

 

  • Knowledge Development and Sharing: Contribute to the expansion and diffusion of knowledge within our delivery teams by preparing and conducting learning sessions. 

Coaching junior team members and development of best practices and implementation methodology.

  •  Business Development: Help shaping our service offering, conduct customer CRM assessments, create proof of concepts and assist in responding to RFP.

Evolution possible towards a role as Faction Lead, Offer and Strategy Lead and Digital Architect

Profile

Must have: 

  • Extensive Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience
  • Integrations between Power Platform solutions and Dynamics 365 app
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud solutions 
  • A proficient level in English and speak fluent French or Dutch

 

Nice to have:

  •  Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service, Customers Insights and Power Portal 
  • Knowledge of implementation methodology and best practices: Agile, FastTrack, Success By Design
