Customer Engagement Platform Engineer

Business et Decision, an Orange Business Services affiliate since 2018, is looking for a Customer Engagement Platform Engineer. You already have experience in the field and are seeking new and exciting challenges? This could be the job for you!

Position and missions

Digital Customer Engagement platforms are set of solutions and tools that unify multiple business processes and technology capabilities such as omnichannel campaigning, personalization, journey automation and journey analytics.

As a Platform Engineer you will use the advanced capabilities of such platforms – e.g. data acquisition, segmentation, activation of AI/ML insights, workflow orchestration, event-based and real time marketing – to address complex business requirements and use cases.

  • Master or Bachelor in IT, Information Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Electronics & IT, or marketing analytics
  • You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience into the digital marketing. This can be both from a consultancy role as well as an internal role.
  • You have proven experience in a marketing digital tool like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
  • You have a first experience with technical languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL
  • You have knowledge and experience of data modeling
  • You are eager to learn and open to new domains / technologies
  • Any extra relevant experience into topics such as CRM, Web Analytics or Campaign Management are a big plus
  • You speak professional English and ideally you are fluent with French or Dutch
  • You perform well in team and see yourself as a team player
  • You are passionate by digital marketing and digital transformation
  • Evolution towards Platform Solution Architect or Squad Lead.
  • Working on innovative projects on topics like Customer Data Platform
