Customer Engagement Platform Specialist / Solution Architect

Business et Decision, an Orange Business Services affiliate since 2018, is looking for a medior/senior Customer Engagement Platform Specialist/ Solution Architect. You already have experience in the field and are seeking new and exciting challenges? This could be the job for you!

Position and missions

Digital Customer Engagement platforms are set of solutions and tools that unify multiple business processes and technology capabilities such as omnichannel campaigning, personalization, journey automation and journey analytics.

As a Platform Specialist you will use the advanced capabilities of such platforms – e.g. data acquisition, segmentation, activation of AI/ML insights, workflow orchestration, event-based and real time marketing – to address complex business requirements and use cases.

As a Solution Architect you will bring the bigger picture, putting platforms in a larger ecosystem, addressing end-to-end business and technology capabilities. You act as trusted solution advisor and technical leader in the ecosystem.

  • Advanced knowledge of one or more platform offering (marketing automation platform, digital experience platform, customer data platform)
  • Comfortable working with Adobe (AEP, Experience Cloud), Microsoft (Dynamics 365,  Customer Insight), Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, CDP), Imagino or other CDP, Social Media marketing platform, Digital Experience platform (Acquia, Liferay).  API, Cloud computing (Azure, GCP), Data Modelling, Web development technologies (HTML, Javascript).
  • Ideally have comfortable understanding of Enterprise architecture concepts and standards (TOGAFF).
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
  • Level of experience: minimum of 2 years
