Position and missions
We are looking for an HR Officer intern to join our great HR department, and more precisely the Learning & Development team. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for:
- Roll-out and follow-up of the employees onboarding
- Manage the training requests and respond to development needs of different departments
- Draft clear and engaging HR communications
- Support and follow up the performance management process
- Participate and take the lead on different HR Projects (mentoring program, Leadership track, Succession Planning, Training plans, Wellbeing Initiatives…)
- Organize events and other engagement initiatives for the employees
