VIE Junior Community Manager

Business & Decision,  an Orange Business Services affiliate since 2018, is looking for a Junior Community Manager to join us through a VIE contract!

Position and missions

As a Junior Community Manager under the French VIE program at Orange Business, you will play a vital role in cultivating and nurturing online relationships with our community across various digital platforms. Your profound knowledge of digital trends, coupled with your bilingual proficiency in French and English, will be instrumental in fortifying our brand's digital presence in the European market.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Community Engagement: Monitor, engage, and moderate online conversations on our social media channels, forums, and other digital platforms.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to craft compelling content tailored to our Orange Business Digital Services audience.
  • Analytics: Track, measure, and report on community metrics and KPIs. Analyze insights to inform future community strategies.
  • Community Growth: Pinpoint and exploit new opportunities for community expansion and increased engagement.
  • Feedback Loop: Channel community feedback to pertinent departments to facilitate product and service enhancements.
  • Event Management: Support webinars, live chats, and other digital events to deepen community engagement and fortify brand allegiance.


  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both French and English is mandatory. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with key social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for community engagement and digital innovation.
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a diverse international team.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is a plus but not essential.
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural and international community
