Poste et missions

 Administrative follow-up of projects:

Gather all administrative documents for invoicing purposes

  • Project sheets
  • Signed contracts
  • Purchase order
  • Entering the project into Time Tracking tools (Moco)
  • Follow-up on the consumption of days invoiced in the Time tracking tool (Moco)
  • Follow-up of renewal of POs and missing documents
  • Ensure the time sheets are filled in on time and follow-up  with employees
  • Follow-up of invoices and accounting
  • Knowledge of supplier and customer accounting

Invoicing:

  • Monthly invoicing process
  • Follow-up of invoices

Other:

  • Control and validation of expense reports
  • Support for the organisation of employee travel

Profil

  • With a CFC or Maturité or equivalent qualification
  • Successful experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Motivated and dynamic personality, your attitude is solution-oriented,
  • Reactive to unforeseen circumstances
  • Rigorous and organised, you are able to identify the organisation's priorities
  • Autonomous, respecting deadlines and reporting on the progress of your work
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to adapt to your contacts
  • You have a perfect command of the usual IT tools
  • Respectful of confidentiality, you have a good analytical and summarising mind
  • Perseverance (constant search for optimal solutions)
  • Sense of service (availability, quality of documents and data communicated, quality of internal and external relations, discretion)
  • Swiss nationality or valid work permit
