Poste et missions
Administrative follow-up of projects:
Gather all administrative documents for invoicing purposes
- Project sheets
- Signed contracts
- Purchase order
- Entering the project into Time Tracking tools (Moco)
- Follow-up on the consumption of days invoiced in the Time tracking tool (Moco)
- Follow-up of renewal of POs and missing documents
- Ensure the time sheets are filled in on time and follow-up with employees
- Follow-up of invoices and accounting
- Knowledge of supplier and customer accounting
Invoicing:
- Monthly invoicing process
- Follow-up of invoices
Other:
- Control and validation of expense reports
- Support for the organisation of employee travel
Profil
- With a CFC or Maturité or equivalent qualification
- Successful experience in a similar position
- Fluency in French and English
- Motivated and dynamic personality, your attitude is solution-oriented,
- Reactive to unforeseen circumstances
- Rigorous and organised, you are able to identify the organisation's priorities
- Autonomous, respecting deadlines and reporting on the progress of your work
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to adapt to your contacts
- You have a perfect command of the usual IT tools
- Respectful of confidentiality, you have a good analytical and summarising mind
- Perseverance (constant search for optimal solutions)
