Poste et missions
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :
- Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers in in various private and public sector
- Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts and named accounts
- Closing offer deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or on time based contracts (delegation of consultants)
HUMAN RESSOURCES :
- Selecting & recruiting consultants
- Being part of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)
- Supervising the financial status of your activity
- Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partner
- French native speaker, fluent in English
- Business Master degree
- 2-10 years of experience in sale of CX/Data/Cloud projects
- You have a passion for new technologies and you are a good listener and communicator.
- You are proactive and especially organized as well as you have an autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities.
