Sales Manager - CX/ Data / Cloud

Poste et missions

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :

  • Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers in in various private and public sector
  • Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts and named accounts
  • Closing offer deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or on time based contracts (delegation of consultants)

 

HUMAN RESSOURCES :

  • Selecting & recruiting consultants
  • Being part of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)

 

MANAGEMENT :

  • Supervising the financial status of your activity
  • Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partner

Profil

  • French native speaker, fluent in English
  • Business Master degree
  • 2-10 years of experience in sale of CX/Data/Cloud projects
  • You have a passion for new technologies and you are a good listener and communicator.
  • You are proactive and especially organized as well as you have an autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities.
