Medical visitors reporting activities

Reporting monitors the activities of medical sales representatives, collecting data on customer interactions, time spent, specific action plans, productivity and overall management.

The previous monitoring application used country-specific rules and KPIs, which resulted in heavy maintenance and lack of homogeneity. The aim of the project is to use global rules and terms to unify the desired monitoring.

  • Delivery of a short-term solution: implementation of the CRM Strategy. 

  • Delivery of a temporary solution to respond to urgent needs. 

  • Provide access to ordered data for Business Analysts. 

  • Have a global harmonisation of KPIs (definition and rules). 

  • Establish pre-calculated KPIs without prior transformation and filters.
